AMUSEMENTS

THREE STARS The programme at the Three Stars last night served to introduce to Taihape "Paddy O'Hara," a dare-devil rollicking, insouciant Irishman, rarely met with out of the books of Charles Lever. Paddy is a hero, and wins a hero's reward in the person of the princess, but how and why Tie does it is best found out by attending the Three Stars to-night, when the programme will be finally shown. There is a vein of typical Irish humour Tuning through the piece, and some of the incidents are exciting enough to please the most exacting. The Keystone comedy is extremely ludicrous, and moves along with a speed that is bewildering. The other pictures are also of excellent quality. There will be a change of programme to-morrow night.
