LONDON, December 3
The Daily Press states that a vessel containing 12,000 tons of meat reached a British harbour, but the cargo could not be landed there, and she was torpedoed and sunk while proceeding to another port. Another vessel, with a great quantity of meat and other goods was similarly sent to another port and torpedoed and sunk.
