PETEOGEAD, December 2. - Trotsky has dismissed Maklafoff, th» Ambassador at Paris, because he attended the Allied .Conference, Trotsky informed the Allied diplomats that Germany was prepared to negotiate a democratic peace on all fronts. Sir Geo. Buchanan (the British Ambassador) did not acknowledge the letter. KRYLENKO'S ORDERS. \~ ', ' LONDON, December 2. Mr. Bourchier, writing on the 30th says Krylenko's army order announced negotiations, ordered fraternisation on .all fronts, immediately though vigilance should observed rfiegarding the enemy- Krylenko says the army are staging, and are without boots and clothes. Horses are dying and there is-no transport. He adds: "We shall soon have a general peace.' ' Lenin is replacing the Militia with Eed Guards, TROTSKY THREATENS. PETEOGEAD, Dec. 3. Trotsky announces that if TchitcheTin and Petroff, two Eussian agitators, are any longer kept in concentration camps in England, the Eussian Government will take similar measures against Englishmen in Russia. Trotsky has also appointed Tchitcherin British Ambassador '•

It is understood in Ljondon, that Tchitcherin and Petroff are quite unimportant personages. They were interned for refusing to comply with British regulations regarding the recruiting of Eussian troops. . RUSSIANS CONFER WITH AUSTRO-GERMANS. PETROGRAD, December 3. Russian officers and soldiers in automobiles have arrived at Czernovitz for a conference with" the Austrian Commander-in-Chief. Other Russians haidj arrived at the German lines at Dvinsk, and opened negotiations on be"half of Krylenko. TRUCE BECOMING GENERAL. PEACE DEPUTATION ARRIVES. AT GERMAN HEADQUARTERS Received 11.35. LONDON, Dec 3. A wireless German message states: Several Russian divisions have agreed to a local armistice. The Russian army between Pripet, southward of Lipa, and several general commands have decided on a truce. Negotiations are proceeding. The Russian deputation, which arranged the general armistice, has arrived at Prince Leopold of Bavaria's command.
