LORD LANSDOWNE’S LETTER.
OPINION IN GERMANY. AMSTERDAM, Dec 2. Von Kuhlmann, in the Reichstag, said Lord Lansdowne’s Letter may be regarded as a sign that moderation is beginning to gain ground in England. The Anglo-French Governments have suppressed peace aspirations, while Germany has supported them.
