AMSTERDAM, Nov 29. The "Vorwaerts" justifies the Majority Socialists voting fresh credits urging that the secret documents published at Petrograd show that the "world-partitioning syndicate" are unswervingly continuing their plans against the German Empire. If the Socialists vote credits it will not be because Hertling is Chancellor, but because the name of the BVitish Premier is Lloyd George and the name of the French Premier is Clemenceau.
