Dr. Strecmann, chairman of the National Liberals in the in a manifesto on the eve of the Reichstag’s re-assembling says: The final military and diplomatic struggle is approaching. We Germans are the conquerors. We have the right and the duty to see that victory ensures our future. Decreased submarinings arc due to the fact that as ships are being sunk, targets have decreased. Poland must not be independent. Our future must bo built upon German development and power.
