PREMATURE PEACE ADVOCATES.

LONDON, November 15. In the House of Commons, Sir' George Cave (Home Secretary) stated in connection with the propaganda in favour of a premature peace that the Government had seized many thousands leaflets, but it was difficult to ascertain the authorship, hence the Govern ment was taking additional powers whereby every leaflet must be signed and submitted to the Press Bureau for approval.
