GERMANY’S WAR AIMS.

LATEST JUNKER AGITATION. i NEW GROUPING OF POWERS. The Kreuz Zeitung, the organ of the Prussian Conservatives deals in a review of foreign affairs, with the question of German war aims. It expresses the opinion that the first duty of German statesmen to-day is to unite the nation by convincing it of the supreme necessity of directing all efforts to the formation of a new constellation of power.
