RANGITIKEI COUNTY ELECTIONS
Ratepayers in the Awarua Riding of the Rangitikei County Council are reminded that to-morrow is polling day for the election of a representative for the Riding. It is exceedingly important that every ratepayer should record his vote, not only to look to the Riding’s immediate interest in roads and bridges, but also to support a policy that means progress for the district and better land values. Mr Geo. Wheeler is the candidate for this neighbourhood, and all those living hereabout are asked to give his candidature some favourable consideration. As he is likely to prove an energetic, outspoken representative, and as one who has a considerable stake in the district. Mr Wheeler is sure to be selected by most ratepayers to represent them, , In any case it is hoped that every ratepayer will remember his duty to-morrow and vote. The polling places are: Council Chambers, Taihape; Town Board Offlccy Mangaweka; Rian, dolph’s Hall, Utiku; Post Office (Mr Laws), Taoroa.
