RUSSIAN CRISIS.
RUSSIA READY FOR ANY SORT. OF PEACE. PETEOGRAD, Nov. G. At a meeting of the preliminary Parliament M. Skobeleff, who represents the Russian democracy at the forthcoming 'Allies’ conference, admitted that the army was in a sad state. He urged the Allies to invite the enemy to discuss peace terms. M. Terestchcnko, the Foreign Minister, declared that anarchy in Rus' sia was growing worse. The whole world desired peace. There must be peace without annexations, but Russia would accept any sort of peace, FINLAND a'rEPUELIC. ANNEXED TO RUSSIA. Received- 10.5.
