When approaching Frankton, the driver thought a stone was thrown, but. the small hole perforated in the glass showed that it was made by a bullet. A passenger had a finger grazed. A bullet mark was also found in another carriage An inquiry is being made but the probable explanation, it is thought, is the work of mischievous boys. v 1 TRANSPORT LOADING. I FOREIGNER IN CHARGE. WELLINGTON Oct 25. "Does the Premier know that a for* eigner is in charge of a transport loading in Wellington?" asked Mr. Vigor Brown in the House to-utiy.
