STOCKHOLM, Oct. 22. A military writer in the Svenata Dagbladet says, in consequence of the recent German successes at Riga, the question of attempting to force the sound and belts by the Entente is being seriously considered Judging from recent ■ observations it may be assumed that Germany i s making special effort to deal with such another attempt with a record number of destroyers and .submarines now stationed at Oresund.
