When the appeals of Young and Howell against their conviction for inciting a seditious strike came before the Chief Justice to-day, Mr Myers, for appellants, said he had been shown certain telegrams which were not in as evidence in the Lower Court and he had advised .his clients not to proceed. Sir Robert Stout dismissed the appeals and advised the seamen to return to work
