An article, from a well-informed source, in the Wcscr Zeinin indicates that one of the objects of the Kaiser’s visit to Sofia was to induce a Bulgarian attack on JSarrail, with Salonika' as the promised reward' if successful. It states that Greece ; is expected, shortly to declare war against Bulgaria, whereupon the latter will bring 800,000 men against Sarrail, leaving 200,000 in the Dobrudja. BRITISH PRISONERS. A Swiss wireless states that Catholics with pro-German sympathies convened an international congress at Berne on the 15th to promote durable peace. Sixty-five Austro-Germans, including Erzeherger, three one Russian, and one named Britisher arrived to participate, but the failure of the movement from an international standpoint led to its postponement to the 12th November.
