GERMANY ADOPTING NEW METHODS. LONDON, Sept 27. The "Correspondence Militaire" at Madrid' announces that Germany is inaugurating new submarine methods. Vessels will he grouped in squadrons instead of hunting singly. BRITISH WAR LOAN. LONDON, Sept 27. The Government's new war borrowing consists of an unlimited amount of national war bonds saleable daily jover the counter. They are five per cent at par, wtih a currency of five, i seven and ten years, repayable at 100, 200, and 305 respectively. The Government will also Issue four per cent bonds, free of income tax, at par repayable at par in 1927. SPY TO DIE. PARIS, Sept 28.
