AUSTRIAN EMPEROR'S ESCAPE. ROME, Sept 26. ' The "Agenzia Nationale" says that the Austrian Emperor .on September 15 ventured to within 600 yards of the Italian line with ten motor cars carry ing his staff. An Italian aviator espied them, and the Italian commander ordered an instant attack, capturing the position where the Emperor stood a few minute s previously. The Emperor and his suite escaped under heavy machine-gun fire and entrained for Vienna.
