Best Boy Scout or Territorial Exhibit. 15. Special Prize for Best Fancy Costume, any description in procession. Entry for each exhibit, Is to he tendered to Mr S. G. Peyton pot later than noon on Wednesday, 17th October; groups to consist of not less than three; any person is invited to march in the Procession whether entered for competition or otherwise. 1.
