The Turkish army still formidable. Russian aid from Persia is unreliable. \ HONOURS FOR NEW ' ZEALANDERS. Received 11.40. LONDON, September 24. \ The Belgian Order of the Crown has been awarded to Brigadier-General Melville, a New Zealander. Five other New Zealanders have received military decorations. '
