LATE G. P. DONNELLY ’S WILL. NAPIER, Monday. Probate in the will and two. codicils of the late George P. Donnelly, of Taradale, was granted yesterday by the Chief Justice t othree of the executors Messrs. Henry V. Hoadley, E. Troutbeck, leave being reserved to grant like probate to fames' H. B. Coates, the remaining executor if he should apply for, it. By the combined operation of the will and codicils the following dispositions were made of the property of the testator: —To his daughter, Maud Airini, the Otatara freehold estate at Taradale, being the property purchased from the late Mr. Henry Williams; to his sister, Marie Hoadley, £IO,OOO to his sister, Hannah Donnelly, an annuity of £250; to his sister, Nannie Shaw, an annuity of £250; to his nephew, Henry Y. Hoadley, £15,000; to his nephew, Guy L. Shaw, £IO,OOO, to be applied in reduction of testator’s guarantee for Ngamatca estate; to his nephew, Frank B. Donnelly, £5000; to his nephew, Claude Donnelly, £5000; to Dr. Ross, formerly of Waipawa, £2000; to an old and valued friend, James H. B. Coates, an annuity of £500; and after his death the same annuity to his sister, Livinia Coates; to Patrick DonneHy, son of Frank B. Donnelly, on his attaining 21 years, £1000; to his brother, Harry L.' Donnelly, an annuity of £200; to his friend, James McP. McLea'n, £5000; to his friend, Wilhelm J. Stratton, £6OOO and an annuity of £250; to his friend, Alexander B. Campbell, £IOOO and 1 per cent, on the net value of the estates for death duty purposes; to his friend, Thomas Y. Morrin, £SOOO to his daughter, Maud Airini, testator’s stud of thoroughbred horse business and all horses and other proper-

ties and appurtenances. All the above gifts arc free of death duty. iThe residue of the estate is given to three grandchildren—Derek C. P. PPerry, Nellie 'A. E. Perry and Moorie F. C. Perry. A large number of bequests and annuities are made to domestic servants and station em>' ployecs.
