THREE STARS '' The Stronger Love" on Thunder Mountain lived Nell Serviss, a wild flower, of surpassing beauty. The Servisses were at feud with the Rutherfords, who lived on the other side of the mountain. jJim Serviss, p. •jcooty cleared-eyed young mountaineer who was the leader of his clan and between Jim and Nell Serviss, was a sort of mountain betrothal, for Jim loved Nell with all his heart and soul. Tom Serviss, his vicious, worthless brother also loved Nell and persistently annoyed, her with his attentions. One day .a handsome stranger from the city, that distant fairyland, came into this little world and went to live with the Rutherfords. His actions puzzled the "moonshing" mountaineers, who Suspected him of being a "revebooer." Nell Serviss and the newcomer became close friends and this friendship soon grew into, something deeper and stronger. Learning of his search for radium ore Nell showed the stranger a rich deposit near the Serviss "Moonshine" sHill- Shortly on the night of the dance in the schoolhouse, the still was burned by the revenue officers. The suspected and the Servisses started in the morning to "get" him. In a sacrifice few women have ever been called upon to make little Nell Serviss of Thunder Mountain humiliated herself that another might be saved and by so doing triumphed in "The Stronger Love"' than lifted her higher than the mountain peaks. Edmund Breeze plays the leading part, and this actor's attainments are well known to a large Following of picture patrons. To-morrow (Saturday) the "ever popular favourite, Marguerite Clark will appear in her very latest comedy success, in five reels, entitled "Miss George Washington," a strong story of a girl who could never tell the truth. The title suggests a staid, demure lady, with a
herence to truth and all the proprietes, but Miss Clark gives us a totally opposite pictures. She is the darling of -her schoolmates, whom, by a little departure from t'ie truth, she js continually extricating from unpleasant predicaments.
