THE DAVIS SIX CAR.
Mr Moyes, representative o£ the City Carriage and Motor Works, Wellington, is in Taihape for the purpose of demonstrating the capabilities and advantages of the Davis Six motor car over other cars The Davis Six is claimed to be the latest car invention that has reached New Zealand, and it it claimed by the inventors that they have reacned the acme of perfection as regards beauty in finish, silent and smooth running, and reliability in hill climbing. A ride in the Davis will express to those in search of a perfect car, better than words, the high state of perfection which has been reached by the manufacturers. The car body is certainly a delight to the eye, and the richness of the trimmings and fittings give ample proof of honest craftmanship. The consumption of benzine, it is claimed, has been reduced to the very lowest' point without impairing the general efficiency. Mr Moyes will be willing to demonstrate the Davis Six to all who are interested, and it can be seen at the Gretna hotel.
