The Governors of Idaho, Utah, Washington, Nevada, Montana, and Oregon, are conferring regarding co-operative action to suppress the I.W.W. agitation FOREIGN LANGUAGE PAPERS. CRITICISM OF PRESIDENT AND THE WAR BAEEED Received 10.30. WASHINGTON. August 13. A resolution has been introduced in the Senate that foreign language newspapers must print parallel columns of English translation of any criticism of the President or America's war policy. Any naturalised citizens writing such critiicism will be deprived of naturalisation and leported.... , \
