The Senate Financial Committee has decided not to act on Mr. McAdoo's request for five millions additional grant, and considers it is not needed prior to the December session. Congress has decided to add two hundred and seventy millions to the pending sixteen hundred and seventy million Loan Bil. GERMAN PEDLARS AND TETANUS. • NEW YORK. July 29. The Government experts have found tetanus in samples of court plaster allegedly distributed throughout the country by German pedlars. AMERICA'S ENTRY. LONDON, July 28.
