FARM ROOTS AND VEGETABLES.

There were some splendid exhibits of vegetables at the recent National Dairy S-how held at Palmerston North. The Carrots, Parsnips Onions and Celery were especially fine, and in fact the qualtiy was much above the average. In the Field Carrots were probably the finest shown in New Zealand, many of the roots being more like Mangels than Carrots. These were mostly grown from Cooper's Seeds. There were roots of Cooper's "Matchless White" s-:iown, weighing twelve pounds, very firm in texture and fine in quality. Mr. T. Webb, who was one of the leading prize-takers, wrote us saying, "I had the greatest success with the produce of Cooper's Seeds at the Winter Show, where I secured twenty-nine prizes. I cannot sneak too highly in praise of Cooper's

they certainly prove to be the seeds of Success with me." Mr. A. Passey, Pohangina, one of the leading prize-takers in the Farm Root Section, also speaks in terms of the highest praise of Cooper's Seeds because they are the most critical buyers and insist upon having quality. It is well to remember this when buying your seeds. The reasons are to be found on every packet. Cooper's Seeds are obtaniable from the principal seedsmen and merchants in all parts of New Zealand, but it is necessary to be sure that you really do obtain Cooper's Seeds—the "Seeds of Success."
