RUSSIA DISAPPROVES OF ALLIES’ POLICY IN GREECE. PETROGRAD, July 9. The Government announces that a special conference of the Allies has "been convoked to consider Balkan affairs, The conference is necessary in view of the extreme complexity of the political and strategical situation in the Balkans. The object is to secure a common policy. The statement adds: “The Government formally protested against the recent steps by tie other Allies in Greece. While not by a desire to support Constantine, whom we disapprove, we disapprove of the means employed to forcibly substitute one king for another.
