Marguerite Clark the film favourite of young and old takes the leading pdrt and the way she finds of carrying out her beautiful ideals makes a rare appeal to every section of the public. It is a beautiful story, rich in pfethos, while the great display of fashionable and beautiful costumes combined with the settings and general staging to make thO' film-play almost unique in the history of the screen. The five acts of this charming photo-play must be seen to be remembered with a feeling akin to: pleasure, and it seems to be almost a. duty that those of every walk tuSjlifeshould make a point of being present to-night, A varied selection of others pictures screened comprise both humorous and topical subjects.
