AIRCRAFT FOR THE ALLIES. WASHINGTON, June 21. The Aircraft Board hopes soon to relieve the Allies of the manufacture of all aeroplanes except the speediest types. America plans to manufacture a thousand battleplane engines a month, and also thousands of training aeroplanes for use in Europe and America. A battleplane capable of 110 miles an hour will be used for combing and observation on the West front. President Wilson supports the request of the Aeronautics Board for the appropriation of work .
