He looked into ground flat, and found him hiding underneath a bed. He was dres"sed in female attire, induing a hat and veil. On being arrested, he s said,' "My mother supplied the clothes s took my uniform to clean it."
* It f was with considerable difficulty 'that the youth could be got to speak 'in court, but eventually in a whisper admitted that he was an absentee. I The magistrate handed him over to the military and ordered him to be examined by a doctor. Subsequently Dr. George Barnes said that he had examined Morbin, and found him to be very weak. He was. suffering more from funk than anything ..else. The man was not fit for, ( a train journey, and insufficiently clas to be sent by cab. i The magistrate ordered the man to be taken to camp in an ambulance.
