SHOCKING TRAIN ACCIDENT

RAILWAY SHUNTER KILLED

AUCKLAND, May 21

Harold Jomlinson, single, about 30, employed as a shunter at Mercer, was killed this morning through being crushed between two cars. It is stated that he jumped in between the cars to turn on the Westinghouse brake and is supposed to have "Been caught in the tap. He was so badly injured that he died in a few minutes.
