ALLEGED FORGERY
GISBORNE, this day. A fashionably dressed native woman was charged to-day with forging her husband’s name to orddfs .on tradespeople. In applying for ' a remand detective McLeod stated a considerable sum of money was involved, and accused admitted having forged cheques up to £2OOO. Accused was remanded.
