GERMANY CLIMBING- DOWN. Received 9.50. LONDON, April 25. The Daily Chronicle's Amsterdam correspondents states that the Vorwaerts, in an article, insists that Germany must strive towards a lasting peace by abandoning her ideas of annexations and indemnities. Tt is noteworthy that Holiweg often uses the Vorwaerts to forward his ideas. Therefor it is possible this article indicates, seven if vaguely, that Germany is Inclined to climb down still further. among the Russian soldiers that the
land is being distributed, caused a to leav e the front. Consequently M. Goiehoff, Minister for War, has issued a denial.
