COLD-BLOODED MURDER. Received 11.5. LONDON, April 13. The hospital ship Salta was mined in the Channel. Fifty-two perished, but the "hospital ship Gloucester Castle’s wounded were saved. PARIS, April 13. The sinking of the schooner Leontine on March 25 was particularly atrocious. The schooner stopped, but the submarine fired forty shells, killing four and wounding three. Germans boarded with bombs, and found the boatswain and cabin boy wounded. B'oth appealed to the Germans not to blow up the schooner because they would die. The German officer shot the boy. Five survivors clung to the wreckage and were saved.

SUNK IN THE CHANNEL. PATROL VESSEL MINED. LONDON, April 12. The Admiralty reports that a patrol vessel was mined and sunk in the Channel. Two officers and fourteen men are missing.
