UPPER WANGAEHU ROAD BOARD Special Order authorising the raising of a Special Loan of £7OO TAIHAPE-MATAROA ROAD. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in. it by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913" and by virtue of a Warrant dated the 23rd day of DECEMBER, 1916, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor in terms of Section 119 of "The Public Works Act, 1908," and published in the New Zealand Gazette <>f the 11th January, 1917, the Upper Wangaehu Road Board hereby proposes by way of Special Order as follows: That for th e purpose of providing a portion of the Upper. Wangaehu Road Board's share of the cost of constructing or re-constructing that portion of the Taihape-Mataroa Road situate in the Upper Wangaehu Road District commencing at the Northern boundary of the Rangitikei County and pro ceeding in a North-Westerly and then Westerly direction generally to its junction with the Mataroa and Murray's Track Roads, the Upper Wangaehu Road Board hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £7OO (to be know as the Taihape-Mataroa Road Loan from the State Advances Office for a period of 36 1 years at the annual charge for interest and sinking fund prescribed by; the said State Advances Office and'■Vthat the said Loan of £7OO shall be secured by a sufficient Special Rate to be levied upon Lhe rateable valuation of all rateable -.roperty of the Upper Wangaehu Road District.
