GERMAN DIPLOMACY.
AMSTERDAM, March 27. Following the Flemish deputation on the 4th inst., the Governor-Genera! of Belgium issued an order dividing the country into two administrative sections, separating Flanders from the Walloon French-speaking part. The new frontier runs south of Ypres to north of Liege. The order makes Brussels the capital of the Flemish part and Namur the capital of Walloon. Other details are withheld. An ‘official newspaper claims that the or!der realises a long-harboured Wish of %the Flemish university at Ghent. iFlanders will have its own adminis!tration, with a Flemish oflicial lan- ? gauge. Vavant professorships at Ghent ‘University are being filled by projGerman neutrals. \ , _______.
