TWELVE BELGIAN RELIEF SHIPS » ' SUNK. L Received 11.35. LONDON, March 27. It is announced that twelve steamers have been lost since the Relief Commission started work, whereof five have been sunk since «ruthless submarining started in February. These acts have occurred despite the fact that the authorities stated they did not wish to interfere with ships can-ryiiig relief to the Belgians. HOSPITAL SHIP TORPEDOED. WIIFHOUT WARNING. Received 11.35. LONDON, March 27.‘ The hospital ship, Asturias, 12,002 tons, -has been torpedoed without Warning. Thirty-one were lost and one is missing. ' THE APPAM RELEASED. WASHINGTON, March 26. The Court ordered the immediate transfer of the Appam to her former British owners. (The Appam was captured by the Moewe and taken to America, where she was interned.) -
