PROVIDING FOR A REVOLUTION.
Received 11.50. PARIS, March 25. The Echo de Paris' Geneva correspondent states that the German Government, fearing a "revolution, has provided the police with machineguns. Herr Scheidemann, the leader of the Social Democratic Party, is traversing Germany urging the vigorous prosecution of the war. Germany has requisitioned all alluminium for military purposes.
