A correspondent forwards an authorative statement of the investigation of conditions in liberated Macedonia, which are revealing ghastly Bulgarian atrocities. Police powers are placed in the hands of local authorities, who proceeded to massacre over a wide area. Mayoas, school teachers, aud numerous others were killed by bayonets, and one burned alive. Committees blackmailed and plundered all classes.
