Received 10. TOKIO, March 22. An announcement is made that departnres and arrivals to and from the Pacific and Indian Ocean ports are pro* hibited. TWO RAIDERS REPORTED SUNK. THIRD ONE ESCAPES. Received 11.20. LONDON, March 22. Passengers on a steamer from Biff-nos Ayres report that three raiders wore trapped in the South Atlantic -on Feb* ruary 21. It is stated that one cruiser was badly damaged. In the fight two raiders were sunk, while the third escaped. A British cruiser lured the raiders until two other cruisers joined.
