IRISH AFFAIRS.
THREAT BY MR DILLON. LONDON, March 21. In the House of Commons, Mr Dillon, alluding to Mr Bonaxr Law ’s reference to the possibility of a general election, said the Nationalists would not injure the prosecution «of the war, but would welcome an extension of Parliament’s life. If Mr Bonar Law raised anti-Irish. feeling in England, he would find the Irish were also able to fight. Many things would happen which Mr Bonar Law and his friends would not like. Mr Dillon asked what was Kahlmann the Ka'iser’s master-spy, doing in Ulster‘ before the war? What about Kalilmann ’s despatch to Berlin from Ulster, on receipt of which the Kaiser. determined on war. ‘An anti-Irish election would cause disturbances tllrougho~llli the Elll- - and America. The Governinent would let hell loose in Iceland. It must_ settle the situation on its own respon sibility.
