THE NEW FRENCH CABINET. LONDON, March 15. The new French Cabinet is as follows: —Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Ribot; Minister or War, M. Painleve; Minister of Marine, M. Lacaze; Minister of Munitions, M. Thomas; Minister of Finance, M. Thierry; Minister of the Interior, M. Malvey; Minister of Commerce, M. Clementel; Food Controller, M. Violette; Minister of Labour, M. Bourgeois. WAR CABINET. Received 9-45. PARIS, March 20. The French War Council consists of Ribot, Painleve, Lacaze, Thierry and Thomas. j
DUTCH EXPORTS TO GERMANY. Received 11.5. LONDON, March 20. Dutch official statistics show a great increase in food exports to Germany for 1916 compared with 1913. Cheese is nearly fivefold, eggs, n :rt and butter doubled. Experts to England shrank to one-sixth, butter and cheese to one-third, and the export of eggs nearly ceased. Potatoes had a similar showing. Germany import! three-quarters of the 1913 tonnage.
