■ ' Abraham and Williams report for the week: —At Marton on Tuesday we had a very heavy yarding of sheep, and a small one of cattle. We quitted the bulk of our entry at' satisfactory prices. At Taihape on Wednesday we had a fair entry .of sheep and a small one of cattle, and have to report a dragging sale for sheep. At Mangaweka on Thursday a yarding of sheep came to hand and we were successful in selliug all but one lot of ewe lambs. Prices were slightly easier. , We quote:— Marton. —Mixed age Lincoln ewes 36/3„ 4 year ewes 27/, 4 and 5 year ewes 24/6, 25/, poor do 19/3, culls 13/9 to 15/, 2 tooth ewes 33/6, 35/, 4 tooth ewes 31/6, 33/6, 4 tooth wethers 34/6, 2 tooth -wethers 27/ to 31/, fat ewes 31/ 33/6, S.D. woolly lambs 19/8, shorn do 15/9, mixed lambs 15/ to 16/9, medium do 12/ to 14/3, small do 10/ to 11/9, cull do 5/ to 8/9, weaner steers £2 to £2 6/6, weaner heifers £2, mixed weaners to £2 5/, fat cows £lO 10/, spg. heifers to £B. At Taihape. —2 tooth wethers 29/ to 29/3, others 27/-, cull do 14/6, mixed age ewes 29/, 4 and 5 yr do, poor, 17/ to 19/, 2 tooth do 30/6, mixed lambs to 14/1, old rams 25/- to 30/-, 4 year bullocks £l6, fat heifers £l2.
