PATRIOTIC FUNDS

RED CROSS NOTES. Lieut. Morton, ,of Feilding, whose lecture on the Somme Push has been so -well received, has been asked to deliver his lecture in Taihape in a fortnight's time. Those who have sons in France as well as all interested in the doings of our soldiers, should make a point of hearing first hand information from on e who has only recently returned to New Zealand. The Red Cross Refreshment Committee desire to thank all who helped towards the success of the Red Cross tent on Show Day. So many helped, and helped well and willingly, that tc list their names would be too great a demand on our space.
