THE RUSSIAN CAMPAIGN
BIG OFFENSIVE PREDICTED. Received 0.40, LONDON, March 1. Mr. Perry Robinson from Berne, states that everybody therein refers to the increasing preparations for a great affensive against the North Russian front, which the General Staff expects will cost half a million men. Reports suspect the possible intention to divert divert munitions to the Russian front.
