BY Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor in Council on the 16th day of AUGUST 1916, under the authority of the above Act, it Avas determined that the respective Duties by way cf Additional Income-Tax and Excess Profits Duty leviable under Sections 5 and 9 respectively of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the Ist day of MARCH, 1917, at the Office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be payable accordingly.
