MILITARY CONTRACT CASE.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT. i' WELLINGTON, Feb 10. Tie case against Scoullar and Co., Ltd., of breach of contract under the "War Regulations has been settled on condition that the firm pays the Crown £155 re condition of 233 mattresses, also pays £SO and costs imposed by the magistrate, and abandons the appeal against conviction.
