EXEMPTIONS CANCELLED AT HOME Received 8.55 LONDON. Feb. R. The Press Association states that Mr Neville Chamberlin, in accordance with the War Cabinet's [decision, is instructing every Government Department to cancel forthwith all exemptions up to and including 22 years of ago of those who are fit for general military service, biff scheduling as temporarily exempt those employed in the production of steel, agriculture, mines, quarries, railway shops, transport and shipyards.
