ROSEBUD COMPETITION.
COMING EVENTS. Every evening Town Hall and Throe Stars Pictures in interests of all candidates. Tuesday, Jan 23. —Dance at Rangiwaea. Raketapauma Rosebud. Tuesday, Jan 23. —A dance will be held at the Winiata Hall, at 8 p.m.,< organised by Verne Welsh. Good floor, good music. Ohutu Rosebud. Wednesday, Jan. 21 —Dance at Alataroa, Mataroa Rosebud. Thursday, January 25. —Sale of work and dance, TJtiku Hall, Utiku Rosebud. Friday, January 26.—Euchre party and dance, Railway Social Hall, Railway Rosebud. A dance in the interests of the Mataroa Rosebud, Peggy May, will be held at Mataroa next Wednesday, when it is expected there will be a large attendance, and that the fund will receive a big lift along.
The last dance in Winiata in favour of the Ohutu Rosebud was a most successful affair, and fully justified the trouble taken. Another dance will be given on Tuesday evening, '"when a large attendance of Utiku, Ohutu and Taihape residents is again assured.
A dance in the interests of the Eakctapauma Rosebud will be held in the Rangiwaea Hall on Tuesday evening, when a most enjoyable evening is promised to all who attend.
