LONDON, Jan. 17. The Phoenix and Koyal Standard Insurance Companies ar 0 each applying for £3.000,000 in the Victory War Loan. The Furness-Withy Company has subscribed £1,000.000 of new money to the Victory War Loan; the Koyal Insurance £000,000,000, the bulk of which is "new" money, and the London Council £7,500,000 of "new" money.
