APPALLING CONDITIONS IN POLAND.
Received 9."" COPENHAGEN, Jan. 17. The President, of the Polish Relief Committee, as a result of his visit to Poland, reports appalling distress, especially at Warsaw and Lodz. One hundred and thirty thousand are feeding at the public kitchens, where the fool is alrooft inedible.
