MARAROA IN A GALE. WELLINGTON,; Jan. 9. The steamer Mararoa arrived from. Lyttelton this morning two hours late. Her decks were continually awash, and a quantity of water found its way into the saloon. In a heavy seaway off the Wellington Heads one of the ship's boats was considerably damaged by the falls carrying away. Several members of the crew sustained minor injuries.
